Role Overview<ul><li>Full-time within Monday - Friday</li><li>No nights or weekends</li><li>Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation</li><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations</li><li>Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults</li><li>Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications</li><li>Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns</li><li>Provide brief interventions and behavioral management</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings</li><li>Coverage area includes Pulaski, Dublin, Chilhowie, Abingdon, and Galax, VA</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Estimated compensation range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income</li><li>Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)</li><li>Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C</li><li>Active DEA or willingness to obtain</li><li>All experience levels as a PMHNP or Psych PA welcome to apply</li><li>Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred</li></ul> Apply today!
