Role Overview<ul><li>Full-time (5 days a week) within Monday - Friday</li><li>No nights or weekends</li><li>Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation</li><li>Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy</li><li>Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings</li><li>Coverage area includes Chattanooga, Tennessee, area</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Estimated compensation range of $78,997 to $93,596 annually with no cap on productivity income</li><li>Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)</li><li>Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Active, unrestricted Tennessee state license as LPC, LMHC, LMFT or Psychologist</li><li>LCSW not considered at this time </li><li>Eligible for independent practice and billing</li><li>6 months of experience needed as a psychotherapist</li><li>Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred</li></ul> Apply today!
