We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing group practice in and around Philadelphia, New York, area. <br><br><strong>Role Overview</strong><ul><li>Schedule: 5 a week within Monday to Friday</li><li>Start off at 10ppd and grow to 15ppd </li><li>Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units</li><li>Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients</li><li>Commute to 1 post-acute care facility per day within the Philadelphia Region </li></ul><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments</li><li>Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis</li><li>Prescribe and manage medications</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate documentation</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>Hold a valid full PMHNP license</li><li>Active NY license</li><li>Active DEA preferred but not required</li><li>Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not require</li></ul><br>Compensation is fee for service (FFS).
