Salary or production based pay model (your choice) without buy-in requirements. Their staff is diverse and focused and centered on patients. $300,000 first year salary. After first year providers can stay W2 or move to 1099 productivity model which is a 60/40 split (their choice). Options exist for either W2 or 1099 employment. Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm / No weekends / Outpatient Only. Compensation ranges from 50-90% MGMA for total earnings. Payor mix is mostly Medicare and Private Insurance with some Medicaid and Self Pay.
