Hospital employed position in which the provider will be joining an experienced team . Easy access to Columbus and Toledo metro for events and airports. $100,000 sign on bonus. $50k in year 1 and $50k in year 2. Outpatient position with optional inpatient call for additional income. Perform EMGs and read EEGs for diagnosis and treatment of conditions that affect muscles and nerves, and provide treatment plan. Base Salary - $370k. $100k student loan. $10k relocation. $5k CME.
