System currently offers subspecialty Adult and Pediatric Otology/Neurotology. Well established Hospitalist program. This is a practice with extremely high earning potential with a great work culture and staff. 2 hrs to Saint Louis and Indianapolis, 2.5 hours to Chicago.Hospital Employee . $700,000 base salary. Productivity bonus starts when RVU target to achieve salary is met. Uncapped potential. . Sign on bonus is $100,000. $100,000 retention bonus. 1:3 Call Ratio. One week of CME + $6000.
