They are currently scheduling interviews, and hope to have a new provider starting early next year. They are offering a base salary of at least $400,000 with additional earnings possible through production incentives. Partners in the group are expected to earn well in excess of $600,000.Schedule will be 4 days in the office, and one day blocked off for surgery. Base salary will be at least $400,000, including a signing bonus, CME stipend, Residency Stipend, and plentiful PTO in addition to a robust benefits package. This position is for a General ENT provider, however, there is the opportunity to build out a sub specialty practice if desired. Average daily census in the office is around 20 patients.
